From the quarry face to a sold truck
The chain Quarrytec runs: break the face, crush, screen, keep the sizes apart, weigh and sell. What each step is for.
Four steps, not a slogan
Quarry to finished product to sale is a chain with places it breaks. Naming the steps is how an operator and an owner see the same job.
The face is broken so the jaw can take it. A face that throws slabs the mouth cannot swallow does not have a crusher problem. It has a drilling and blasting, or a breaking, problem. Feed rate is a face decision as much as a plant decision.
Crush, then separate
Primary crushing drops onto the belt. If there is a secondary stage, it is there to make the finer sizes the jaw will not make cleanly on its own. The point of the second machine is the product mix, not the look of the plant.
Screens split GSB fractions, 40 mm, 20 mm, 10 mm and dust. WMM is prepared as a graded, damp mix when the road order asks for it. Each stream needs its own landing. A circuit with nowhere to put 10 mm will hide 10 mm inside something else.
Then it has to leave
Sale is the last operation, not a separate office hobby. Weighment, the size on the slip, and the truck that matches the slip. A plant that makes stone it cannot dispatch is a warehouse with a jaw attached.
The Jaipur office takes enquiries for the whole job, whether the crusher is ours or an owner’s. Planned places are Baroli, Katni and Lalitpur. A place is called working only when a crew is on site.
