Operations

We run the plant and we manage it.

Running the plant means the crusher is working. Managing it means we set the daily output, who is on duty, and what is sold.

Plant operations

Keep the plant working.

  • Quarry, transport and feed, so the crusher is neither empty nor jammed
  • Crushing, screening, and sending oversize back to the crusher
  • Separate piles: GSB, 40 mm, 20 mm, 10 mm, WMM and dust
  • Loading and sale, if you want us to sell
  • Our crusher, or your crusher and mine

Plant management

Daily targets.

  • The sizes for the day, not whatever the screen happens to make
  • Staff duty, loader hours and the gate
  • Spare parts changed before the plant stops
  • Size checked before a truck is marked 10 mm
  • A short report: stone in, stone out, stone sold

What management covers

Daily output

What the quarry can give, and what the buyer ordered, written as the day’s target.

Staff and shifts

Operators and loaders on a roster, so the plant does not stop for lack of a person.

Plant settings

Jaw, belts, screens and the return of oversize. Size is a setting, not a guess.

Maintenance

Spare parts and the next stop, planned before the plant stops on its own.

Yard and sale

Piles kept separate by size. Weighing, loading and sale of what was made.

Owner’s report

Stone in, stone out, stone sold. One short note from the shift.

What we need on the first call

  1. Your own plant, or a plant you want us to run.
  2. The place: Baroli, Katni, Lalitpur, or somewhere else.
  3. The rock, and the sizes you need.
  4. Whether you will sell the stone, or we will.
  5. We visit the quarry before we give any output figure.
